My dogs on the porch
My real little scottie Lucy died a few years ago. I still miss her.
The basset Sadie is still with us. She is on arthritis medicine but acts like a puppy in the morning.
We don’t have a statue for the other ones.

While I’ve never had my own dog, I understand the connection that people have with their dogs.
It is hard to see beloved pets suffer. I hope your Basset is not suffering much.
she has here medicine and the way she romps in the morning hubby and I say that maybe we need to take it. LOL I take one Aleve a day.

we got her in 2003 and she acts like a puppy in the morning but most of the time she just sleeps.
Dogs become a real part of our families. We miss them when they’re gone.

Is that a statue or Sadie in the chair? I’m sorry I didn’t get to meet your dogs when we visited. We once had a bassett-terrier named Katy. People would look at her, smile, and say “What is she?” She was a very good dog.

We have been blessed with some great pets. They were all part of the family.

Death is a major reason I’ve not had a pet all these years.
This dog can be called a spoiled dog !
