  • Our old post office

    IMG_3260

I always liked the look of our post office but now we have a modern looking one.

I guess the marble floors and steps weren't handicapped approved.

We used to have such a traffic jam on this street.

  • Old washer

IMG_3299 I'm acting like I'm washing my jacket in the old washer.

Lisa doesn't like her photo to be taken so I couldn't talk IMG_3301her into doing anything silly this time.

  • Guess what?

IMG_3035IMG_3034Bought this purse for $2 from another dealer cause I thought it was very creative.

I heard Hallmark card's now has some items made of the same stuff to tie back hair.

  • Windows and Doors

IMG_3175One of the gal's at the Burleson Antique Mall has doors with windows in front of her house. I'm afraid a big wind would blow it away.

  • Grandsons last night

IMG_3193IMG_3189We kept the grandsons last night at their house and I'm so tired today.

  • For the guys

I won an oil change at the library raffle last year but just used it now.

I asked about the little Snap-on tool box and she said it's probably from the 60's.IMG_3053

  • CCC or CWP projects

IMG_3073I guess we had a lot of rocks sitting around cause we have all kinds of things built around town by the CCC during the depression.

We have a football stadium that is still in use and this is the back side of the bleachers at the baseball field down at the city park.

We even have a state park west of town where they made bridges and other types of structures.

  • Log Cabin

IMG_3055IMG_3059Here is a log cabin I go past on the way to downtown.

There is a two story one in town but I didn't get a photo of it but it's nicer then this one.

  • Working at the antique coop

IMG_3122 (2)IMG_3123IMG_3158My friend Lisa meet me for lunch at the mall and then we worked a little in our booths, got our paychecks and shopped.

I bought one of those little boxes for myself at the bottom of the gravesite angel for $1.25.
