He hopes it gets rid of his pain.

Hip replacement? I pray that all goes well with his healing and with the pain to go away.
That is a major surgery!! My Father in law had a hip replacement and is doing great! He even is back to golfing!
I hope his recovery is full and swift.
he said he just had surgery and he's already going down stairs? I just had foot surgery and one step in the entry way scared me to death.
He is going up and down in his two story house. I asked him if it was wise?
Many get well wishes for your brother! My mil had knee replacement surgery and wow it was torture with the physical therapy afterwards. I hope his is less painful. <3

Hip and knee replacements are very common now. I hope his works well.
yes, he finally called me and let me know he is ok.
I know many people who had knee or hip surgery ; All in all they are a lot better afterwards .
