    Once when mom had to go to the hospital for tests; she was starting to get confused and said," now what do I pack to go?"

    I said, " mom, just pack like you're going on a little trip."

    My sister said," oh, that explains the camera  in her suitcase when we got to her hospital room."

  • That is funny. I think everybody has those moments where we don't quite get it. Especially as children and again as we get older... or drunk.

  • Funny! At least she knew what she would need on a trip (even if it wasn't necessary - I bet they took pictures of her instead of the otherway around!)

  • Hey, you might want a camera to document the people who take care of you in case they try to kill you! :D A camera is a good way to document your life.

    • mom had a suitcase like that one from the 60's and Dave said," I didn't like people thinking it was my suitcase." I said,"now, you know how I felt carrying your mom's overnight bag from the 70's through the airport. LOL
      Yes, my sister said," couldn't you have let mom borrow your suitcase?" I said," Mo, I didn't see it until we picked her up to go to the airport and then I didn't want her to get upset." Yes, she's loved and sometimes you just got to love them just the way they are.
