Give it a pretty name but it’s still just an old pasture to me.
We moved out here about 20 years ago; I liked it cause it was like the country but still close to town.

Haha! I can see that it is still mostly open range! The housing/building market is still sluggish. I’d prefer they didn’t build on so much farm land…

they are crazy I think but hubby and I bought here a mile from our lake and golf course 20yrs ago so we got a fourth of an acre with a house on it. We were lucky. I think since the ocean is 5hours away from us -we’re in north Texas
It’s a pretty pasture, neighborhood, whatever.

hey, these lots cost almost as much as our one fourth of an acre with our house on it but these are just for the lots.
per your answer about those pasture lots costing as much as oceanfront property, why wouldn’t those people buy on the oceanfront then?
