I have a little one near my front door that I bought at the Goodwill or a garage sale. I can’t remember which.
I like the welcome sign because it makes me feel welcome myself.
Cute! Looks like it was made from a cabinet door…
yes, repurpose they call it.
I love how they use old doors and windows to make things like this. A ‘welcome’ sign is always nice to see!
Thanks for coming by, Jill! I’m no longer able to comment to you directly from my site here on Xanga now, since they ‘expired’ me today. :/
As for the ‘ease’ of WordPress … I thought the same thing at first, but it’s similar to Xanga here, only with a few more functions that I really like a lot! I also spent some time and played around with it in the beginning, and am now more familiar with how things work. They have a great support section if you have any questions about it. I might be able to help, too. I found your site over there, and went ahead and followed you. Hope you have a great weekend!
Yes, I found out that you are following this am but sorry there isn’t much to follow. My Xanga isn’t out till June but I hope I learn before I expire. LOL
That word used to me on mats in front of the door for people to clean the bottom of their shoes.
Welcome does have a nice ring to it.
Jilly, both my I-Pad and laptop crashed and burned and it took Apple parts of two evenings to fix it, but the did and did it with a great attitude.

I haven’t been on Xanga myself for a few days, I wondered what you thought about my rant on wood alcohol and how the govt. added more so the people who had stills tried to burn the wood alcohol off and they couldn’t get it all and the govt. knew and they were made and added more and more poison in the batch and they knew during prohibition that people-usually the poor were dropping dead left and right. The morgues ran out of room one Christmas season. So sad that prohibition did so much harm.
