We got to stay with the kids today while mom and dad finished their Christmas shopping.
We try to give Reece lots of attention but he still got jealous of his little brother Reid.
Here I am holding the one year old and looking at the Christmas tree while pop and Reece play carols together.

It is great that he is interested in the organ! He's almost old enough to start lessons!
that was a small piano but I guess it looks like an organ. My husband can play but he rarely does in front of anyone.
This is the pleasure to prepare Christmas with the grandchildren.

yes, it will be our Christmas with them next sunday and then we are letting them make their own memories on Christmas Eve and Day.
All my relatives in Ft.Worth will meet at the nursing home Friday night for the Christmas party with mother.
Yes, Christmas is special with grandchildren.
Great memories in the making, Jilly. That is very thoughtful of you and Dave to consider the sibling rivalry that always happens.
yes, it does. The sibling rivalry is very real.
Great picture!
yes, we have a good time and when the older one pulls on the baby's leg or arm or pushes him we tell him that wasn't nice but while we are talking later we let him over hear us say,"that isn't right, he shouldn't bully his brother." We hope he understands that we don't approve of that behavior. His little brother sometimes laughes but sometimes he has a sad look on his face,"why is my brother mean to me." I pick the little one up to protect him and tell Reece, no but otherwise I can't think of what else to do.
aww bless his little adorable heart. I am sure the older brother will mellow down soon.
I thought the older one was past that but my son says,"he gets attention; even if it's negative."
