  • Daddy's lap

    Sophie is comfortable on my hubby's lap or I should say next to his lap.

    She is my little under 25lbs dog. We got her about 8 years ago now.

    The pound said she's a Norfolk/terrier mix but she looks more like a Westie .

  • I'm thankful my 55 lb dog never wanted to be a lap dog - my cousin has a golden retriever that thinks she is a lap dog ouch!

    • yes, some like to cuddle more then other.
      I had to post early cause I'm going to be gone most of today
      It is going to be pretty today and then drop 50 degrees so I'm going to get everything done today

  • I have a daughter who has a tiny dog like the yours but she is black with long hair and is called " Lola " !!:)

    • my little dogs usually live about 15 years
      I had a Peke, then the little Scottie and now the little white terrier.
      I have a with dog need.

  • Sophie is so cute. I'm sorry I didn't get to meet your dogs when I saw you. I like dogs, as long as they don't scare me. My daughter's dog next door is a boxer mix. We think she's part greyhound. She runs so fast! I always stand still when I see her come running at me. At the last minute she veers around me. I'm afraid if I moved she might run into me. Probably not though. If I didn't know her, I would be terrified.

    • my hubby said,"who is coming over to see our dogs?" I said,"calm down Gracie just said she wishes that she got to see the dogs."
      No one but Lisa and my sister comes to see our dogs everyone else says to put our dogs up they are stopping by.
      My hubby doesn't like company cause he likes to just sit in his chair and he ignores my girlfriend LisA and my sister and they don't care.LOL
      My one dog the Blue Heeler that we have to keep locked from the other dogs-does that running and what I say is ,"look at that racing dog, look at her go." I get her to go even faster and she almost hits me,too. LOL I haven't taken her in my new car cause I want to keep it nice but I used to take her our to the lake early before there were families and she would run and run. She knows sign language and I learned them from her. I can't tell you all of the signs she knows but since they mean something to her I used them.

  • Cute dog. I use to have a malamute but she died of old age and I could never replace her. She was such a sweetie.

    Joseph Patrick Farrell is an American theologian, scholar on the East–West Schism and the author of a number of books on alternative history, history, historical revisionism, archaeology, and science/physics.

    He puts forth some really interesting and believable theories. Very mind provoking. I'm listening to his stuff on youtube as I do other things around my house. It's just like listening to a radio program.

  • One holiday down and one to go? :D Sometimes it feels like that. I know. Christmas is a favorite time. Somehow the cold seems a little warmer. I get sad too, missing those who aren't here. Hope the rest of your week is awesome.

    • sometimes the holidays can be sad but at least we have memories of our loved ones who have passed.
      I take just one day at a time.

      we have a yellow lab and we have to feed her by herself because she was getting too big.

  • She is cute. Our dog loves my wife's lap more than she loves mine. I hate losing to a dog.
