  • High Heels

    IMG_1820IMG_1819

I didn't even look to see how much these cost.  The gold ones look like something from the Hunger Games if you read that book or saw the movie.

  • Veterans; thankyou

    IMG_1814

When my brother was in Vietnam back in the 60's we moved from southern Ca. to north Texas. My brother said,"what a homecoming; I had to search for my family to find them."

He is so silly that when he visits he asked if this is what we worship?

It's modern art; a wheel for wagon wheel, bell for the Santa Fe railroad shops and I forgot what the balls are for?

  • Puppy for Christmas

    IMG_1773

Once I put a bow on Sophie and took her to see Mrs. Palmer at the nursing home when my hubby was out of town on Christmas Eve and told her I brought her a present.

She kept saying,"oh, I couldn't keep her." Well, as we sat and talked Sophie feel asleep on her lap.  I did take her home with me but it was nice to be with someone you love on Christmas Eve.

  • Little Chirstmas mugs

    IMG_1772

I have several Christmas mugs and I never thought of filling them with small trees like this. I think they look cute.

  • New Mustang

    IMG_1690IMG_1705

My niece got a new Mustang for high school graduation. Here she is with a recent boyfriend at granny's nursing home.

IMG_1703 I told Reece he needs to get a good look at that engine. Do you like the color?

  • Sitting on the head

IMG_1789 Me sitting on one of the heads. Terry is my sister's friend.

They are $40 each. I would put it in my flowerbed with monkey grass all around it.

  • Remember these trees?

    IMG_1740IMG_1741

Wow! these used to be handmade and we all enjoyed painting the ceramic trees.

My hubby asked where is ours? I said ,"oh, I sold it in my booth a while back."

He said,"you sold our color wheel and aluminum tree, too?" I said,"yes."

We have a small table top tree with lights left and a large tree in the attic.

  • Cracker Barrel tree

    IMG_1730IMG_1745IMG_1777

One tree there is all things you can make at home if you want to.

I wanted to take photos cause so many of the things looked easy to make and they said ,"of course."IMG_1749We all liked the wreath. Judy liked the felt hat from the 1930's.

  • Sister Judy from Lakewood

    IMG_1799

My sister came from Lakewood, Ca. and we went to meet the sister I share the booth with and her girlfriend up at Cracker Barrel and then we all went to the thriftstore called Rachel's Hope and then to our antique mall of course.

This is Lisa's Eastlake dresser that I told ya'all about.

  • Dresser at the antique mall

Is this the new style? I guess someone liked it,  it sold right away at the mall. It's different.
