Can't forget the turkey plate
We are going to my son's house but I told him and his wife Jenny that they doesn't have to include us in all their holidays but they said, "you are our family."
Hubby and my job will be to be nice guest and help watch the little grandsons and maybe keep them busy or them us. She is having her family over.

Sounds like she is the perfect daughter-in-law! It is good to have the whole family together - from both sides giving the children a good example of what family means and thus perpetuating the family into future generations. Love the turkey platter too!
yes, it was fun and those two boys are the smallest kids the next youngest is 12 yrs old so they go lots of attention and they liked it.
Just try to stay out of trouble.
my son only got onto me once cause I was snapping photos while everyone was eating. He got me good and took some candid shots of me to pay me back.
He wasn't too made cause he asked us to babysit on Dec. 7th their wedding anniversary.
Good to have understanding daughters in law.
she is wonderful but she grewup without holidays so she loves it. We all helped with the cleanup and one of her family said,"isn't it funny how we all group in the kitchen and the men in the living room?" I said,"you know if they came in here we would probably chase them out anyway."
I really like that plate!!!
thanks got it at the antique store cause my hubby left the sliced turkey on the stove top and cracked my last one but it was by accident.
