Secret of a Happy Day
I took this off someone else's header; it is so pretty.
If you want to know how to have a perfect day and you read Franks blog; do the opposite of have to be unhappy.
Turn off all electronic gadgets, think of others before yourself. Frank, can you help me out here?

I am the oldest of five. Putting others first is in my hard drive.
I come from a family of 10 and since after mom and dad I'm number 4 I've had to fight my way with the older siblings. LOL
What a beautiful display.
My contributions are
- be sure to spend some time with God
- go for a walk and enjoy nature
- turn off the phone for one hour and
-- sip a cup of tea or a favorite beverage and pop a favorite DVD into the player
-- slow down
-- breathe
-- pray
How's that for a start.
