Our Courthouse is 100yrs old
If you hear on the news about Cleburne or the county I'm in here in North Texas it's me.
The little boy looked like he was a boy scout but he let me know, " Lady, I'm only four years old." I told his mom that I would post it on facebook under Johnson County and City of Cleburne.

We are the south but we've come a long way. We aren't as narrow minded as our forefathers; so things have really changed but it is part of our history-the Confederate Soldiers and all.

Looks like a fun celebration!!
I had another commitment so I was just there at the closing of the celebration and I think I still got some good photos. Got a bunch more but these are some of my favorites and represent our city and county.
Our defense attorneys loved trying cases in these old court houses.

Have they recently spent millions renovating it? That seems to be the thing to do these days. Still, I like old buildings.
It was built quite awhile after the war. I wonder if any vets were at its opening ceremony?
I think it was built in 1914. No we won't spend millions on it. We're too cheap down here. Vets from WW1 are all dead now.

cub scouts are first grade then a webalow is next with the checkered scarf.
