That was before I broke my up arm and now my lower arm and lost all my weight.

I look a little rolly polly in this photo.

I should say before my two grandsons were born, too.

  • Gazebo at the park

This is the photo that won me a lemon  pie one year. I posted a photo of  ”christmas in our town” the winner would get a free pie.

Well, I was the only one who entered but I never heard from the merchants of our downtown so I asked “who won?”

They said,”looks like it was you.”

  • Thanksgiving dinner

Here are my two grandsons Reece and Reid going for the same toy; having a good time.

Sorry to all the people in Ca. for the Cowboy’s winning yesterday. We sure were sad here in Texas.

  • Can’t forget the turkey plate

We are going to my son’s house but I told him and his wife Jenny that they doesn’t have to include us in all their holidays but they said, “you are our family.”

Hubby and my job will be to be nice guest and help watch the little grandsons and maybe keep them busy or them us. She is having her family over.

  • Looking out my storm door

It is 29 degrees this morning and I’m with my cup of coffee and thinking I’m cold.

What is outside your window or door?

You’ll have to go to vexation’s blog. http://vexations.xanga.com/ he started this series.

  • Thanksgiving Past

    leaves

Reece will be 4yrs old Jan 2014.

When I was leaving to go home he said,” wait, I’ve got something for you granny.”

  • Flips and shorts

    old and young

My hubby wears flips and shorts everywhere and in any type of weather.

Dave said, “I think I’ll wear long pants and shoes for thanksgiving.”

When Phillip was a teenager; Dave told me to let up on the dress code cause it ruins the holiday.

My son wore what he wanted to. I then remembered that at that age I hated to dress up,too.

  • Turkey dinner

Here is a blow up turkey a few blocks over. I bet my hubby could carve this bad boy.

    What are ya’all doing Thursday?

We are going to see the grandsons just an hour away.

  • Photo of Poloman

    IMG_2910-M

My girlfriend sold him 2 yrs ago to a family with a historic home and large porch.

This photo isn’t mine but from our local newspaper web site; the album titled Christmas 2012.

We visit him and we get no complaints from the old fellow.

  • Antique Mall yesterday

    IMG_1430

Cold in Dallas, Texas today; not that I planned on going.

It is 28 degrees now but yesterday it was 77.

A fellow at the mall asked, “don’t you have a wool cap and coat.” I said, “yes,  but my car doesn’t like the cold.”
