Outside our police station
This is outside our police station in our town. My hubby asked what it was for and I said,"who knows."
What do they have against Clint Eastwood? or you might remember him as Rowdy from Wagon Train.

They were probably using him to guard inmates on suicide watch.

LOL they probably do like Dirty Harry. I thought it was weird.
Hmm. Are there bullet holes in him? I would think they would not want to use him for target practice as he was usually a good guy or a good bad guy... plus a Republican!
I think it's more pellet holes but maybe they didn't have a bad guy to shot at.
